To ensure that we always maintain a high level of service and support, KitchenAid only works with service providers that are officially accredited by KitchenAid as Authorized Service Centers (each selected service provider accredited as such is referred to as a "Service Center"), due to the fact that only they meet the high standards of service set by the KitchenAid brand.
Receiving orders
The buyer, upon receipt of orders at the courier service department or upon courier delivery, must personally check the goods for defects and check the completeness of the product on site. Please note that each product must be accompanied by an official user manual and a completed warranty card.
Dear customers, we ask you to be as attentive as possible when receiving the goods, since after the buyer leaves the courier service department, claims for mechanical damage to the equipment from the store or after the courier leaves will not be considered.
The equipment sent to the buyer will be insured for its full value. If damage is found during the inspection of the goods, you have the right to officially refuse it and not pay for it. To promptly resolve issues with the delivery of a new product to replace the defective one, please contact the official representatives of our online store. We will do our best to deliver you a new undamaged product as soon as possible.
Return and exchange of KitchenAid appliances
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the right to exchange or return goods in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", but only if the product has not been used, and has no damage, and is fully equipped, and the integrity of the packaging and factory markings have not been violated.
We will exchange the product for a similar one or refund the money if the equipment purchased in our online store has failed during the warranty period due to the manufacturer's fault and cannot be repaired. We also remind you that this fact must be officially recorded by the relevant conclusions of an authorized service technical center.
In order to exchange the product, you must present the following list of documents:
- completed warranty card
- document confirming payment
- conclusions of the Authorized Technical Service Center
The exchange of goods is carried out only after agreeing with the store representatives on all the reasons for the return. Then the customer sends the defective/damaged goods by courier to the address provided by the store representatives. After receiving the goods by our service department and after confirming the availability of all the necessary supporting documents, as well as confirming the reason for the return, a new product will be sent to the customer by courier (or the funds will be refunded)
Please note that in case of exchange of goods based on the conclusions of an authorized technical service center about the impossibility of repair/restoration, the delivery of goods (both ways) is carried out only at the expense of the seller (online store or service center).
Warranty service for KitchenAid appliances
The service center provides warranty repairs in the presence of a completed warranty card, documents confirming payment for the goods, and the safety of all seals on the equipment. After the purchase, you must keep the documents attached to it for the entire warranty period.
The warranty period is fixed:
- 2 years of warranty announced on the box.
- 3-year warranty declared on the box.
- 5 years or more warranty declared on the box.
In each case, the warranty period should be counted from the date of purchase by the consumer. Therefore, the Service Center should always check the proof of purchase before starting the warranty repair.
If the date of purchase was not specified in the document confirming the purchase, the serial number containing the date of manufacture is taken into account. It is this date that will be used in the future as the start of the warranty period.
Service during the warranty period includes full free repair and replacement (if necessary) of spare parts of devices that have a technical malfunction.
In which cases the warranty will not be provided for KitchenAid appliances
- in case of violation of the safety of the warranty seal;
- in case of non-compliance of the product identification data with the information specified in the warranty card attached to the product;
- in case of absence of a receipt, a completed warranty card for the product;
- The warranty applies to products used for personal purposes and does not apply to products used for professional or commercial activities.
- In case of providing services under this Warranty, the Warranty period will not be extended. A new Warranty period will not begin. This Warranty for the installed parts expires simultaneously for the entire product.
- Further complaints, including claims for compensation, will not be considered unless required by applicable law.
- KitchenAid assumes no liability for consequential damages.
Damage upon receipt
If upon receipt and inspection the product is found to be defective, the Manufacturer will replace the product or part thereof with an identical or similar product. This warranty applies only to the original consumer upon presentation of a dated proof of purchase and is not transferable to other persons.
