  • 125 ml oat milk

  • 125 ml Greek yogurt

  • 1 juicy pear

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 125 g ice cubes

A simple, wholesome oat and pear smoothie — the perfect way to start your day.
  1. Peel the pear. Cut it into quarters and remove the core and stem. Slice each quarter in half.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 20 seconds at speed 4. Serve immediately.
