Far tastier than any store-bought almond milk.
- Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours. Drain and rinse well.
- Place the almonds and water in a blender. Blend on speed 6 for 2 minutes.
- Set a sieve over a bowl. Line it with cheesecloth.
- Pour in the almond milk and strain thoroughly to extract all the liquid.
- Transfer the milk to a jug or bottle and store in the fridge.
