Ingridients
  • 1 shallot

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro

  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 100 ml olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Chimichurri is a vibrant, zesty green sauce that’s perfect for dressing meats, shrimp, grilled vegetables, and fries.
  1. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, fresh herbs, shallot, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender.
  2. Blend on speed 6 for 30 seconds (or until desired texture is reached).
  3. Garnish with red pepper flakes.
  4. Use as a sauce for fries, grilled meat, roasted chicken, shrimp, or tacos.
