Use a sponge or kitchen towel when washing the cookware by hand.
Do not use scouring pads, harsh detergents, chlorine bleach, steel wool or nylon cleaning cloths.
For heavily burnt foods, boil water and baking soda solution in a pot and let stand for a while before rinsing. Then wash your hands with a sponge in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry by hand with a soft towel.
