Welcome to the official

We often see chipping/peeling of the coating due to overheating of the pan. This can happen after the pan has been placed on high heat or, if it is hot, empty. To prevent your cast iron skillet from cracking, we would like to draw your attention to the following care and use instructions:
Heat the skillet slowly, not on the highest setting. For induction, e.g. setting 3.
Do not heat the pan without oil.
Do not leave the pan on the highest temperature of the induction or ceramic hob for too long. Frequent use at the highest temperatures will cause the non-stick coating to wear off quickly.
Do not place the pan on another warm heat source.
If you stack pans on top of each other, always use a guard between the pans to prevent them from damaging each other.
If your cast iron pan shows chipping marks, please contact our customer service. We will help you find a solution.
