Do I need to add oil to the baking dish?

For baking any dough, we recommend applying a thin layer of oil to the inside of the baking sheet before use.

Dusting the surface with flour is not necessary.

When baking, we recommend using oil or butter.

We do not recommend using extra virgin olive oil as it has a low smoke point.

Do not use oil sprays.
