The Pasta Roller is a three-piece set made of high-grade stainless steel. The first device is designed for rolling out dough sheets, the second for cutting wide noodles, and the third for cutting narrow noodles. The thickness of the dough sheets can be adjusted depending on what type of pasta you want to make:
The finished pasta can be boiled immediately, frozen or dried for further use. It is recommended to use the KitchenAid Pasta Drying Rack, which is sold separately.
Slight difficulties may arise only at the stage of cleaning the KitchenAid pasta roller knives from dough and flour residues, as they cannot be washed with water and detergents. A special cleaning brush is included for this purpose. You will also receive instructions with sample recipes and a detailed instruction manual.
